Data protection

Protecting your personal data is very important to us and this includes when you consult our website. Your data are protected in compliance with the provisions of the law and particularly with the new law regarding telemedia. You will find below information about the type of data collected when you visit our website and about the way in which they are used:

 1. Data Recorded

Some data transferred from your navigator is unavoidably recorded in the server statistics. This involves the type and the version of the navigator, the operating system used, the source URL (the previous page consulted), the hostname of the computer (IP address) and the time at which the request was sent to the server. The data is recorded exclusively for statistical reasons and for internal use related to the system. Other personal data are collected only if you provide them voluntarily, as a query or a subscription, for example. The data mentioned above are not generally attributable to specific individuals and are not transferred to other data sources.

 2. Use of Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website to analyse how the site is used by its users. The data generated by these cookies concerning your use of the site (including your IP address) will be transferred and stocked by Google on servers situated in the United States. Google will use this information with the aim to evaluate your use of the site, to compile reports on the site’s activity to be given to its editor and to provide other services relative to the site’s activity and to Internet use. Google may communicate these data to a third party if legally obliged to do so or if this third party is processing the data for the Google account, which in particular includes the editor of this site. Google will not retrieve your IP address with any other data that Google keeps. You may deactivate the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your navigator. However, deactivating the cookies may prevent you from using certain functions on this site. By using this website, you expressly consent to your nominative data being processed by Google within the conditions and for the purposes described above.

3. Use and Transfer of Personal Data

When you provide personal data, we only use them to answer your questions, to fulfil the contracts signed with our business and for technical administration. Your personal data are transferred or communicated to third parties only if this is necessary to comply with the contract or for billing purposes or else if you have previously given your authorisation. This authorisation may be revoked at any time and will be put into effect for the future. Your recorded personal data will be deleted if you revoke your authorisation for recording them, if the purpose for which they were recorded can be fulfilled without keeping you informed or if recording them is not authorised for other legal reasons.

4. Right to Information

We will happily provide you with information on all of your recorded data. For any questions regarding data processing, please send us an email.
